Profile and evidence metadata

Profile and evidence metadata
In the court record, each piece of evidence has a green box that gives basic info. The text is always given in the same format. This tutorial is to show you what is usually put in these boxes.

Profiles
  • The first line shows the age.
    • If the age is known, this is given as a number.
    • If the person has been long dead (and not just murdered very recently), the word "deceased" is used instead.
    • If the age is unknown, use "??"
  • The second line shows the gender.
    • This simply is given as either "Male" or "Female".
e.g.
Age: 30
Gender: Male

Evidence
  • The first line shows the type of evidence. They are one of the following:
    • Documents
    • Evidence
    • Maps
    • Photographs
    • Reports
    • Weapons
    • Other
  • The second and third line shows how the evidence was obtained. These are the possible sentences:
    • One of my possessions
    • Received during the preliminary hearing
    • Found at/in ...
    • Obtained at/in ...
    • Received from ...
      Retrieved from ...
    • Submitted as evidence by ...
e.g.
Type: Weapons
Found at Crime Scene

Nice. I always had trouble with this kind of stuff.

Now to wait for AAO6 so I can put the basic info and descriptions in their own sections, and not just stuffed into one single box. :P
There wasn't a signature fad/meme/whatever here, what are you talking about?

Good idea, it would also be useful to give exemples of various basic pieces of evidence like the badge, the autopsy report etc, since they almost always have the same information. ^^
