Hey everyone, I'd like to know if there is any good Synthetised Drums Soundfont out there, or more synth soundfonts, could be leads, pads, whatever. I've googled and went to many sites and haven't found what I want.

Also, I'd need the soundfonts to be in .sf2, .sfArk or .sfpack format.

Sai is free.

Except it's not. The program has 31 days trial version but the full version costs around 67$. However, when it comes to Sai piracy is so common that I can see why people would mistake it as a free program. Official website is http://www.systemax.jp/en/sai/

Did this with my 3DS. I could use critiques to see if I can improve my technique, because I'll need it if I'm to go professional.

Invest in a tablet.

^This. You're pretty limited with a small screen-estate such as the 3DS itself and the quality of the art piece reflects this IMO

Could you tell me the exact timing for a blink sprite. I'd like to know how many seconds pass before a sprite should start to blink. :3

Which program do you use for making sprites and animating them?

Normally I use Paint with a limited palette. To animate them, I used Iaza, but their time count isn't as specific as one should expect for an AA animation...

I use Photoshop (don't judge me) If there's a better program to use, I'm all ears. I don't really animate, so I was hoping to learn how. I know how to set the sprites, etc. I just don't know how long for each sprite.

I used Photoshop and to me it was a little difficult to understand it.

I'm using mostly Gimp and Easy Gif Animator. Unfortunately, the latter often messes up the quality...

Cool... so... does anyone know the exact timing for a blink sprite? I already saw the art guide on it, but I wanted specifics.

You know, its like O/C........M/C C/C M/C O/C........... et cetra?
Also wondering about the talking animation because of the blink in the middle of talking.
As an extra, does anyone know how to do a sweating animation? More specifically, using those of Lisa Basil?

Heh, no one here even knows which is the correct order for talking sprites, so how could we know such an exact timing for blinking? The only way to know for sure is to investigate it yourself. Who knows, maybe different characters even have different blinking times? I just use whatever I feel like. As for your other question... I draw all my sprites completely myself without a base so you're better off asking someone else.

This is correct.

I usually make blinking frames half or one third as long as speaking frames. They are animated this way in official sprites of Edgeworth and Phoenix respectively.
