Now that we have much more of a view of Kurain's people this can be really interesting! I might join after my assessments are over.
EDIT: I just saw you're limiting it to spiritual power-related jobs. Bokuto is a tour guide (and male, so he can't channel), so maybe take him out of the examples?

Recoloured Iris is clearly everyone's future Pearl. (As recoloured Ema is future Maya) I thought this was Canon.
