Spoiler : Entries :
Voting is now open!
Entries:
1.Shelly de Terminator by TheDoctor
2.Elizabeth Blackquill by Evolina deLuna
3.Prosecutor Dick Von Karma by drvonkitty
4."Pollysaur" by Cow Kid
5.Unnamed Ema's descendant from Starfleet by Cow Kid
Honorary entry:
Definitely NOT Naruhodou Ryuunosuke by AquaAce72
When I was starting this competition, I had absoulutely no idea what Takumi and CAPCOM are up to. It's actually funny (or creepy, depending on your point of view) how some fans' ideas anticipate moves of the official franchise owners.

Spoiler : Original post :
DarthWiader wrote:Hello everybody, I’m Darth Wiader, and I’ll be your host. Have you ever been wondering how a great-great-great-grandfather or granddaughter of your favorite AA character would look like? Now, it’s your chance to unleash your imagination in a brand new competition called…
The Task:
This time, your objective is to create a sprite that represents a distant ancestor or descendant of a canon AA character. Uncanny Family Resemblance is strongly advised, to the point of Identical Grandson. Quite simple, isn't it? What? Ok, maybe some examples from other media will help ya :Back to the Future (1985-1990):
From left to right:
Seamus McFly (1885) Marty McFly (1985) Marty McFly Jr (2015)The Visitors (Les Visiteurs) (1993-1998):
From left to right: Jacquouille la Fripouille (1123) Jacqouillet (circa 1789-1799) Jacques-Henri Jacquard (1993)Now you know the drill!
Rules:
All sprites that are entered should be made specifically for this competition. They must be first posted in this thread before being shown anywhere else.
Avoid creating sprites that may be considered controversial, inappropriate or offensive. While it may be very tempting to (for example) put one of von Karmas in a Gestapo uniform, please don’t do that.
If you’re unsure if your entry falls into that category, go ask the moderators.
GK2 and DD characters are generally allowed, but please refrain yourself from using spoiler poses as components, especially (in GK2 case) from cases that aren’t localized yet.
You may submit as many entries as you wish (including multiple relatives for one character), but keep in mind they will all be judged individually and thus you might just be taking votes away from yourself .
You can use a non-AA source with credits.
Deadline and voting:
The entry period ends March 31st April 30th. Deadline may be stretched, but I believe the one I gave is sufficient and there’ll be no need for that.
Judging method will be a poll.
You are allowed to vote up for two entries each, but you are not allowed to vote for your own entry. You cannot double up both of your votes onto the same entry.
As in previous competitions, the winner will have the privilege of hosting the next competition in the series.
Hints and suggestions:
Your entry may be stylized for an old photograph or portrait (or holographic image for characters from the future).
Your characters may share similar apperance, personality traits, or even profession with their distant relatives, but it’s not an iron principle (look at the movie examples above). You may as well try to break that convention. Forefather of good old Udgey as Graybeard, terror of the seven seas? Sure, why not?
Your character doesn’t need to be the same age or gender as the original character.
You may add a short biographic note describing your character. Example: Fillmore Payne (born April 1, 1849) – deputy sheriff in Hope Falls, Arizona. Known for his lack of mercy against all those who commit horse thefts, train robberies and littering.
Are you ready? Go ninja, go ninja go!
