[Bug][P] Broken Hide-Talk in Debugger

I've found that if you've already entered a scene, you cannot use the debugger to toggle whether talk conversations are hidden or not. The debugger panel shows changes, but these are not reflected in the case. It does not matter whether you are in the scene or not when you do the toggling, but it does matter if you've already entered that particular scene. For instance, if I enter scene 1 and then leave, I can toggle whether scene 2 talk options are hidden, but not scene 1 options.
