I haven't had the time to really put effort into the Glitch Hunt lately.

I'm hoping to do a massive update by the end of the month, including a re-evaluation of all active reports. I would prefer to check myself that a bug as large as that is fixed before writing it off the list, but thanks for the tip.

Spoiler : Long Post :
-
The eagerly awaited, long anticipated, highly requested post of a few v6 bugs.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Unresolved Bugs in v6

* v6 Editor - [Topic] - The wait timer is sometimes inconsistent; setting 1,000 on one frame and 1,000 on another frame sometimes leads to different times actually playing out. Haven't been able to reproduce this one.
* Turnabout Tomorrow - After the "end the game" function is used, the player can sometimes click on the advance button (which still reads "The end") regardless and see other frames past this point.
* The Bitter Turnabout - This. Namely, the trial can't proceed after Klavier's wall-slam.

Trials with Problems Resolved (?)

* Turnabout Tomorrow - The pre-loader graphic displayed even when the pre-loader had ended, which could be reproduced at the time, but seems to have fixed itself...

And a Long List of Trials that I Haven't Found Bugs In

* Turnabout of Courage
* A Turnabout Through Time
* Turnabout Pairs
* Two Sides of the Same Turnabout
* Turnabout Detective Girl
* Turnabouts of the Father
* One Hell of a Turnabout
* Escape from the Turnabout
* The Failed Turnabout
* Turnabout Deception
* Turnabout at the Convention

You can tell I wasn't really taking the "extensive beta-testing" route here...

The double-sprites glitch for The Virtual Turnabout and the unecessary double spacing issue found in a lot of v5 native trials are already up there, and I think the latter is resolved now, so I excluded them.

When you say the latter was fixed, do you mean the unnecessary space issue? That's what your post would imply, but the one that seems fixed to me is the former, the double sprite issue.

Oh wow, way for me to screw up wording.

Yes, I meant the former, the double sprites.

I believe this belongs here, yes?

I was playing Turnabouts of the Father in the V6 player (March 17th, 2015) and I found that four liners were happening quite frequently on account of line breaks appearing where I don't think they belonged. The trial was designed in V5, from what I understand.

Here is the link to where it happened:

http://aceattorney.sparklin.org/V6_Test ... l_id=69624

Just keep clicking through Franziska's testimony. There's a four liner in there, as well as throughout the trial. There are a lot of them whenever Maya shows up, interestingly enough. This isn't an enormous deal, as the V5 player is still out there, but it's something I noticed.

Glitch reports belong in their own topic, so as to make things easier for Unas to fix. This topic is more about the orchestrated project of testing v6.

That particular bug seems to be part of this known bug, as the problem manifests in Firefox but not Chrome.

Ah, apologies. I will go make a separate topic for the bug now (I looked at the thread you suggested was connected to the glitch but while that thread is about Chrome and Firefox treating text differently, what is happening in Turnabouts of the Father is that line breaks are being arbitrarily created in the middle of lines for no apparent reason).

Again, sorry for posting this here instead of where it belonged.

Given recent events, Glitch Hunt has been a bit of a bigger priority later! I encourage all users to contribute on this one. Leave any thoughts you have on v6, play cases, and tell us what you see!

Characters Erase True for Place glitch has been added. The cause of this glitch may no longer exist, so it is marked as a Curse Bug.
Cross-Browser Lag glitch has been removed.
Evidence Displayed on Wrong Side for Prosecutors glitch has been renewed.
Frame Templates feedback has been added.
Have Trial Parts Appear In Order feedback has been added.
Investigation Corruption glitch has been removed as fixed.
Long Flashes Become Flash-Pauses glitch has been added.
Miscellaneous Player Errors glitch has been fixed.
Organize Featured Trials feedback has been added.
Overlapping Examines When Converting From v5 glitch has been added.
Place Deletion Doesn't Purge Moves glitch has been added.
Preserve Location in Screen Editor glitch has been added.
Schrodinger's Game Over glitch has been added.
Wrong Position of Non-Standard Dimension Sprite has been added as unevaluated feedback due to its ambiguous nature as a glitch.

Invalid References testing area has been removed.

I plan to do another update on the "trials to test" section this weekend, finally adding the list Spyromed gave a few months ago.

Enthalpy, I noticed some features in the OP in the 'yet to be implemented' section that have already been implemented (e.g. Add Author in Header) Maybe it's time for an OP update? :hobo:

Maybe later. There don't seem to have been enough changes to make an update high priority, so I'll do it when either there are more changes, or I have more time. Add this to the list of things I may start on in a week.
