Cross-Examination: Press all to Obtain Statement :)

Failing that, I like drvonkitty's idea.

I am a bit loath to call it an actual CE. Because in reality, there are three types of CEs: the normal, the press-all, and the press-to-continue. The CEs are defined by how one gets out of the CE block. In normal, an actual contradiction is needed, even if it's a press-to-object subtype, as opposed to the direct contradiction. Press-all is self explanatory. Press-to-continue is very specific in which you have to press certain statement(s) to escape.

I don't like Press-all-to-obtain only because most of what I have listed don't require pressing ALL the statements to get the last one.

I will rewrite this after there is a consensus.

EDIT: After thinking about it more, there are four types of CE structures, defined by how the player escapes the block:
Direct Contradiction: Also known as the Basic Cross Examination
Indirect Contradiction: Also known as press-to-object.
Press-All-to-Continue: You must press ALL the statements, including hidden if applicable, to escape the CE block.
Targeted Press-to-Continue: You must press certain statements in order to escape OR be able to escape. The Luke Atmey subtype is included in this.

So I will list that as a technique. What I mean by technique is an additional tool to structure your cross examination, such as amend or recursive contradiction or rotating statements.

Press-Multiple-to-Reveal-Statement is about the best I can come up with.

Press X to obtain, then?

@TheDoctor, could you come up with a better riff on that?

@SK, sounds too close to "Press-to-obtain-evidence"

Still open for suggestions.

"Press-on-to-amend" could be another possibility, as "pressing on" implies continuation which may help differentiate it from "Press-to-amend," which implies only one press is needed.

Toggle the truth!

Press to amend.

Press to why?

How about these?

It's a point and click.
