Editing sprites has always been a hobby of mine, so I've decided to do some for PW.
Any constructive criticism is welcome, opinions too
Also, I'm only decent at editing existing sprites, so OCs are very rare from me

Spoiler : Apollo Justice Front Sprites :

I've started making these for a new case I started, where Apollo is the defendant. (Click my sig to visit the trial thread.)
I'll try making more for all (or most) of his court expressions, and maybe even some new ones These may be used by anyone, but please give credit, as these weren't easy to make.

Rips
These can be used by anyone, no credit needed. (Long as you don't claim they're yours.)
Spoiler : AJ Courtroom Blurs :
An idea that popped up when I looked at Jean of mArc's art thread.
Seeing as how he didn't rip the AJ ones, and authenticity guys (like me) will be needing them, I went through the trouble of ripping them (Camstudio + MS GIF editor) and arranging them (GIMP).
Just like Jean of mArc's, the defense to prosection/vice versa delay is 40, while the witness to defense/prosecution is 20.
(Also, ignore the black lines; they were on the blurred frames when I ripped them.)
Spoiler : Game Over Doors :
Another thing exempt from the editor and CR. The timing isn't perfect, but it goes quite well with the sound effect. (Though the delay before looping is a little too short.)
Looks nice! The only problem I can spot is that there appears to be a yellow button to the
right of the tie left over from Phoenix, and it doesn't contrast well. I recommend recolouring it
or removing it.

That's the attorney's badge, isn't it? You can't take that off OR change it, really...
But this is a pretty great sprite, I'm very impressed

Yeah, I decided to keep it on, but looking at it now, it looks more like a blemish than a badge
I'm still deciding how to recolour it... Any suggestions for colours?

Like LP and Parrie-Chan have already said, the badge looks clumsy because of the contrast. I'd recommend making it slightly darker until it contrasts enough. Although, a dark brown badge would look kinda filthy, so some caution might be in order.
Other than that, the only other things that caught my eye are the missing outline on the ponytail and the clumsy mouth animation. The mouth hasn't been synched with the jaw properly. I recommend you look at Phoenix's spritesheet as reference for this.
Still, not bad at all. I hope to see more of your sprites in the future.

Easy enough to fix this. There's actually a yellow hairband there, it's just so hard to see. Take a shade of yellow about four or five times darker than the hairband and do some shading on the bottom part. That should work.

I meant that he's supposed to add an outline on his ponytail. I wasn't talking about the hairband, since most, if not all, should be hidden in the shadows.

Thanks!!
Just finished Matt's "thinking" sprites. Took a while 'cause I had some trouble with the hand
If the hand doesn't look right, please say how I can fix it
I think we need to either see more or less of the hand, depending on how you want to work the pose. If you want to see how it SHOULD look, do the pose yourself and take a picture of it. The arm is too long, too; the elbow should point out more, right from the shoulder. I hope that helps.

I like the sprite, I really do, might I suggest recoloring his badge, silver or something, kinda like his buttons. On his thinking pose, I think we should see less of his arm and more of the white shirt underneath, compare to Edgeworth's arm.
