So, after some thought, I've decided that even though I COULD try and finish the case before the deadline, that would leave me with little to no time for things like polishing and fixing potential logical/writing errors, and I'd rather have a well-made incomplete story than a first-drafty complete one. So while I am NOT dropping out, I will have an incomplete entry. However, it will end at a decent enough cliffhanger that I think it'll be alright.
