It's gotta be Parrie! Gotta be! And I recall Meph saying MotM will end once he runs out of active members to interview. So as long as the site keeps growing, I don't see it looping.

To be honest, it probably will loop if that ever happens. But I think it'll be years until it does.
Aaaaaanyway, I'll be posting the interview in about an hour; once I get through loads of news articles to read.
