Re: GLITCH
Hi, thanks for the report, and I'm sorry to hear about this. The AAO playtest system was not designed with the assumption that somebody would be playtesting 2 hours worth of unsaved work. We have a mechanism to pass unsaved work to the playtest system without saving it. It sounds like you had so muc...

Changed from three dots to one.
I hope to give this a play soon.

Re: [E] Missing Runtime Expression Checkboxes
I'll give this a look myself over the weekend. I need to familiarize myself with action_parameters.php (which is exactly the right file to start from) to offer advice, which is a file I've been meaning to learn for some time now.

Re: [E][P] Inconsistent variable to variable less/greater comparisons
If you want to say that I'm not properly estimating some impact of this proposal, that's well and good. But you're making it sound like some people deserve to have their cases broken and that there's no justifiable reason to disagree with you. Tone it down. I did some experimenting in the editor and...

Re: [E][P] Inconsistent variable to variable less/greater comparisons
None of that is viable. Changing how the expression engine parses things could break too many old cases. Documentation is the better solution.

Re: [E][P] Inconsistent variable to variable less/greater comparisons
I've looked into this, and I don't think it's a bug so much as evidence that the documentation on how to use the expression engine needs to be expanded. Look at this trial . In one case, I set variables equal to 9 and 10 as runtime expressions and in the other not as runtime expressions . In the run...

Re: Update Incoming; Help Wanted
First, please post feature requests in the forum for feature requests.DanTheIdiot wrote: ↑Sun Mar 20, 2022 11:43 pm I would like to ask if you can add Chinese translations![]()
A Chinese translation if AAO is not planned. I'm not opposed, but I don't know Chinese and can't translate anything accurately.

Re: [E][P] Inconsistent variable to variable less/greater comparisons
Thanks for the report. I'm going to be busy this morning, but I'm hopeful I can look into it this afternoon. Demonstration trials are greatly appreciated!

Re: Accidentally saved older version of my case
Go the manager and click edit trial. That should take you to a page with buttons like "Open in editor" and "Delete trial." At the bottom are "Automatic backups." Open them in editor, find the version you want, and save that.
Let me know if that doesn't work.

Re: The Miracle Happen :')
I'm conflicted on whether or not to join. On one hand, I'd finally make my debut, and I have a couple ideas on how to work on this theme, on the other hand, I might not be able to actually get an entry to a good shape... Everyone gets their start somewhere. With all the documentation in the tutoria...

Re: [P] Objects persist between save states
This bug will be fixed in the next AAO update. Now that some longstanding technical issues are out of the way, progress towards the next update is steady, and I'm hoping it will happen sometime this month.
For future technical reference, bugfix was PR#98.

Re: [T][CE] Ace of Turnabouts ★
This all looks good to me! There's one other thing I'd try to patch over, but I don't feel qualified to give advice on that (and it is relatively minor), so without any hesitation: ★ The QA inspection is complete. This case is now featured. Congratulations! This is a well-deserved feature star, and ...
