People are definitely interested to have it. I do not think think it is a good use of my time to hunt for people interested to make it. I've already encouraged new code contributors in the recent release announcement, and I don't see anything further being helpful.

Not sure if a checkbox (and an associated new frame property) is the way to go here; it seems more prudent to just leave things as they are if there are no inputs specifically suggesting that something should change. So if the voice is set to “Auto”, leave it as it was; and if the speaker is set to...

If you're okay with the asset download part, I'd be willing to consider giving this a shot at some point... It's not a priority, but this is something I'd like to see as well.

I've poked at this some more, and I'm continuing to see odd behavior. Fields that should be interactive aren't depending on very finicky details of what fields are populated and what boxes are checked and there's strange history dependence. I need to understand this part of the code from the ground ...

The behavior that I think is most appropriate here is for the "Advanced mode (use with caution!)" checkbox to be grayed out and unclickable if there are any expressions in the action parameters. Is that acceptable?
