I'm assuming what you mean is how to make something happen after you've investigated everything in a scene and exhausted every talk option. You'll need to use variables for that. The easiest way to do it would be after every time you investigate a thing or pick a certain talk option, use the "...

You need to add some frames for the Game Over scene somewhere and then use the action 'Set the "Game Over" Redirection' to go to those frames. As long as you drop to 0 after that action happens (you could put it at the beginning of the case if you wanted to make sure), then it'll go there...

How I can make situation when player's health bar is 0, so after that judge says "I don't see any reason for countinuing the trial and GUILTY!"

The method described above is for if you want to play the sound in the middle of dialogue. It sounds like what you want is to play a sound in the middle of an animation, (I'm guessing you're using a desk slam animation that takes a second for the actual slam to happen, and you want it to sync up), ...

You would need to use merged frames and put the sound effect in the second frame, like this: https://i.imgur.com/tXrbjLq.png In the second frame, I have the start-up animation set to play while typing so he slams his desk as he says "slamming my desk!" But what if that is 3D characters?
