When I was making a case, I noticed some of the sprites flickering. I decided to make a test trial and go through all the sprites and determine which ones had the flickering issue. I also noted ones that were missing startup animations on the list

I looked through the bug reports and noted one that identified two Maya sprites and one Pearl sprite that had the issue and they both aligned with the same sprites I identified on the list

Thanks for the report. I cannot reproduce the flickering on Chrome or Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Are you having the problem on different browsers? Are you still having the problem?

I checked the same browser again and it looks like most of the sprites stopped flickering for some reason. (I don't remember clearing any cache from my browser since the last time I checked) The problem still persists with a couple of Mia sprites and the Adrian Andrews one.

I also tested it through my mobile device through multiple browsers and everything worked pretty much fine. (Except for the startup sprites though I suppose that's a separate issue that's unrelated to the flickering problem)

I can confirm there's an issue with Adrian's still sprite 3, talk sprite 3, and talk sprite 4.

Which Mia sprites are acting up?

I believe they're Mia 8 - both and Mia 23 - both

Confirmed on all four Mia sprites in question. I'll hopefully have these replaced tonight to be included at the next AAO update. (Time TBD on when the next AAO update is.)

I'm marking the issue solved.

I've replaced the defective sprites where AAO stores its resources. This will be fixed at the next update.
