Phantom wrote:Welcome everyone! Glad to see you stopped by to view this thread!
Just to take note, this is my first attempt at a trial.
This trial is meant to be an example to follow along with my guides, but also to pose a "what-if" scenario of a transition between GS4 and GS5, or maybe the start of GS5 itself. Obviously, with the official release of Dual Destinies, this case is an AU from the end of GS4. There are other reasons I've wanted to create this trial, such as raising the bar for first time trial standards, but won't disclose at the moment.
I'm also attempting to keep things authentic in-game such as details and personality, but will mainly focus on experimentation.
A large amount of custom content will also be included within the trial.
This is a trial-only case, and will have split parts due to loads of custom content. There will be HEAVY spoilers in this trial if you haven't played the series, and especially AJ.

TEASER IS OUT!:Take a look here!, it's slow, but please bare with it. (If you want help with your teaser, check Danielinhoni's and Trybien's AAO Trailer Guild Thread)
Now I present a vague summary of the case:
Spoiler : Summary :
"The new generation must succeed the old."
It's been a couple of months since the case of Vera Misham, and Apollo's been eager for a new case, and has been awarded as such when he finds out a high-profile authority has been murdered! He takes the case immediately. The defendant turns out to be one mysterious, cool-headed client, what's his role in all of this?
Apollo's facing some serious competition, a new judge, along with a new prosecutor on the block, and everything and almost everyone against his side, this will be his toughest case ever! Can he pull through and defend his client? Play to find out!
Here is a walkthrough for Part 1:
Spoiler : Part 1 Walkthrough :
Ema 1 Testimony: Press everything to proceed.
Ema 2 Testimony Fake Contradiction: Press the second statement, pick the third option. Present Silencer/Bullet evidence at "The bullet definitely came from the gun that we found."
Ema 2 Testimony REAL Contradiction: Press the first statement. Present the Silencer at "The pistol does in fact, belong to the defendant".
Ema 3 Testimony...This is by the far the most hardest and confusing testimony [will definitely revamp at a later date].
Ema 3 Fake Contradiction: Press EVERYTHING and pick all options in press conversations. Present Autopsy report at "While the Judge was stabbed in the chest, his heart was slashed. He might have survived at the time."
Ema 3 REAL Contradiction: Press EVERYTHING and pick all options in press conversations. Then present Knife at "It is called the P-3 knife. It's specially used for infiltration and information extraction purposes."

One statement leads to your doom. One statement leads to your salvation. Press carefully, and think ahead
Your hint is provided somewhat by Apollo monologuing. There is a fact about someone you should remember from Part 1...
You got out of the CE with this answer, so you should be able to prove to the court with the answer you discovered!
This section is MEANT to bore you. PLEASE BEAR WITH IT! When in doubt, press EVERYTHING! Exhaust all options if you're getting desperate. (Careful! I think there are 1 or 2 statements that give a penalty!)
The issue that needs to be addressed should be easy.
Numbers are your friend in this CE...But they are also your enemy too. (There may be 1 or 2 statements that give you a penalty...maybe). Think ahead
This doesn't require my help. When in doubt, press everything. (Careful, there may be 1 or 2 statements that could give you a penalty...maybe.)
This doesn't require my help.
On this CE, there are two ways to beat it. Think ahead
After that CE....?????????????????????

E.D. Revolution: For literally all the aesthetics you'll see in the trial, not only this, but for helping me out pretty much along the way with this, I literally couldn't have gone this far without his immense help! Filling in all the details, suggesting ways of making logic better, etc. You can consider him the co-author to this case!
Tap: When he gets to making a sweet new boxart (soon hopefully :p).
Unas and Sparrow for AAO itself! And also Unas for fixing a legit bug that had to do with the variables in our trial!

Court-Records.net: For all of their immense resources related to the AA series!
Capcom: For the AA series!

Spoiler : PART 2 SOUNDTRACK LIST! DON'T Open unless you've played Part 2! You WILL get spoiled! :
Soundtrack (appearing in order):
All the names are WORKING titles. They are not set in stone (I only have "proper" titles for most of these to pretend as though this were a series). The titles may not reflect the intentions/visions I had for their use. I usually do not pick a song out based on what mood/feeling I'm trying to express within a scene. I just pick what works/sounds pleasing to my ears.
Credit to E.D. for the Spirit Intro track, that scene was pretty much his doing.
Credit to 2 Risky from Youtube for the excellent track that I titled "Objection Theme B".
Lastly, there is one track in here completely made by me. You may not use that without permission.
-Apollo Perceive AJ2 - Hot Tick: (Tekken 4 Authentic Sky Remix by Psychon) [Video Removed From Youtube]
-Apollo Perceive AJ2 - Ice Cold: (Phantom's Edit of Tekken 4 Authentic Sky Remix by Psychon) [Credit me if you use this in your own case.]
Congratulations to Alnar for winning the music competition! Alnar's reward is full rights to the OC character Du GOTTEM BABY! Click here for more details!
