Concerning your concern over conflicting red truths, those who kill on behalf of another are the culprit who kills but are also accomplices to the person who ordered them to kill the victim. The person giving the order wouldn't be the culprit, but the culprit would be their accomplice. It's a little complicated, and it's why I said to just take the "there are no accomplices" thing at face value in the original document.
And regarding your blue...
Manfred von Karma had nothing to hide in those case files. They were perfectly clean of any evidence of wrongdoing, after all. So no, Manfred didn't order his servants to shoot anyone who looked at the case files without permission.

Shannon's relationships with Kyrie and Franziska are fairly adequate - or was, in Franziska's case. Kyrie tends to be reasonably sweet towards her and while Franziska was never exceptionally kind, she didn't treat Shannon in a way she was unused to. If anything, they don't have much relationship at all, as Shannon tends not to work in front of Kyrie and tended to not work in front of Franziska. After all, Shannon generally works "behind the scenes," as Edgeworth said.

Shannon is somehow related to the von Karma family and therefore a possible donor for Erika. An illegitimate child, maybe. However, the old woman would never acknowledge her. But... by killing Franziska, she would turn herself into the *last hope* for Erika and finally get the attention she wanted, possibly being able to make a deal to stop having to be a mere servant.
The reason Shannon is so meek is because Erika intimidated and tormented her so much, so she wanted revenge for that. Furthermore, the sicker Erika got, the calmer and tamer she got, so the more Shannon got to come out of her shell, so Shannon wanted Erika to die as quickly as possible.
I feel like the detective would've mentioned if Franziska's bone marrow had been harvested like that, but Shannon wasn't suffering from any illness or other infirmity that would've been alleviated/combated/slowed down in any way via bone marrow transplants.
