Do it! After the last two comps had so many people, I need more to balance it out!

Bugger. I had a Christmas themed case idea floating around but I'm way too focused on other stuff rn. I'll let ya know if I have a lapse of judgement at any point.

No problem. There’s still plenty of time to get something done for this comp.

Hello, I would like to quit the current comp.

I kinda regret asking it right now, especially when there's only 3 submissions this late in, but I feel like it's for the better.

I keep joining these cases with a good idea in mind but not really the motivation for it. I kinda end up always just creating something minimal at the last minute and then not giving 2 thoughts about it later. Thus, I always submit something unfinished and rushed. Then probably never pay attention to it again as I join the next comp to repeat the same mistakes.

Maybe I should focus more on what I already have right now than try to add more to the pile. Sorry if this is inconvenient.
Hey there

I've actually done some work on the case that I totally intended to make for this comp.

In terms of this theme, whats the definition of a holiday? Just any day set aside for a celebration? Or does it have to be, like, a "nationally recognised holiday"?

For example, contrast Christmas to, like, a birthday or something.

It would be a day that’s widely known by the general populace. Doesn’t have to be a national holiday but it can’t be one that’s only celebrated by a select few.

How about a holiday only celebrated by a religious minority?

Nah, I wasn't gonna do a birthday. My idea was heavily themed around the thing I was gonna do anyway. Though, I can just pocket the idea for next comp and see how it fits there.

PM me the idea and I'll see if I can allow it for this comp.
