I'm confused. Those aren't broken. At least on my end all gifs on that site appear and play just fine. You could always download a sprite sheet from CR or spriters-resource and put them together manually using EZGif?

Hi! Perceive isn't natively supported in AAO and is quite tricky to implement. MercurialSK and drvonkitty custom coded it into their case, A Turnabout Called Justice, but I'm not sure if you can use that code without their permission.

Hi, I've edited my above post with the ripped ones. You'll just need to animate them using a gif program or gif maker and they should be good to go!

The link contains the 4 frames of animation used in that perceive segment. You'll just need to animate it yourself. I can attempt it for you if you'd like?
If ever you're struggling to find something, giving it your best go at animating it yourself is probably the fastest way. Most of what you've asked for is official assets either already made/animated and there's only so much I can do from my end before it falls on you to put the pieces together.

EDIT: Here you go: I've positioned it so the "perceive" button can appear up top and textbox below.

You can do these in like, a minute, if you have the frames needed and something like paint.net on your computer. Just clean away the background, cut out each part and save them as individual images, then upload them to https://ezgif.com/maker and save your gif.
