The older defense attorney Mia sprite looks pretty good. Any chance you might eventually make a full set of those sometime after finishing Athena? (not that there's any rush, it would be quite some time before I'd be anywhere close to needing them).

I guess I could :maya: ! But yeah, once I've done Athena (that's my main sprite project atm).

I would be very interested in an older!Mia. Since I've been running a prequel series (with most of the cases taking place a year before 1-1), I've had to tough it out with Young!Mia.

Update after a long while.
I'm mainly on Court Records most of the time :sawhit:
I've made a set of sprites of Ryunosuke from Dai Gyakuten Saiban:

Sorry for a double post, but new sprite!

This is an OC I made inspired by Espio from the Sonic series. Haven't given him a name, but I guess something like "Cam Melian" would be appropriate?

I LOVE IT

Is that scratch-sprited?

Impressive. It fits in with the AA style well. Most scratch-sprites don't.

The obligatory talking and blinking animations:

(Slightly tweaked the sprite. People on CR said they preferred the Espio t-shirt, so I'll keep that one.)

These are great! Here are a few crits, though:
The anti-aliasing on the shirt's graphic could use some work. Also, the mouth opens a little too wide in the talking animation if it's just a normal talking animation.

Tanks! I'll take this in to account when I make the others, (Do you mean more or less anti aliasing?)

I'd say more anti aliasing so that it looks smoother.

I just posted this on CR, but this info could be useful here too, for those wanting some DGS sprites now.
Seeing as the official website for DGS has added a whole lot of GIF animations of in-game scenes, it's given us some really clean and full sized animations for some of the characters! This means easy GIF to sprite conversions! :pearlhappy:

I made some of Taketsuchi (Payne Ancestor):

I didn't sprite these, just downscaled and neatened them up (As decreasing colours even of a GIF, plays around with the shading and outlines).
