I've somehow been able to reproduce it again using the same method, and this time, I've got a video recording!

EDIT: Once I went to the Characters tab and came back, the text preview worked as expected.

Okay, from the video I think I know what the problem is in this case.

I guess the browser triggers the click event on the button (which displays the preview) before the change event on the textarea (which saves the text you just typed).
I'll check this ;-)

With the video down, the detailed information on how to reproduce this one is gone.

I'm going to assume Unas fixed this one, and close it as fixed.
