Hey, I'm very new to this! Was wondering if it's possible to convert an mp4 into a gif and use it in a trial. Something like a minute-long clip. Really don't know the limitations so thought I'd ask.

Yes, if you convert it into a GIF, you can insert it as a pop-up. If you'd like the sound too, make an MP3 and upload it as a custom music track, and you can start the two at the same time.
