Status update from me. Sprites are being inserted at a good pace, music stuff is going well too... Both of these are notably very incomplete (both about halfway) but hopefully in another week they'll both be done (or mostly done) and then my entry will seem way more finished and complete. Or at least that's how my brain will think of it. Still have some writing left too but that could honestly theoretically be done in a single day of going full-force or two normal days of writing so I'm not too worried about it.

After that is inserting backgrounds which should take less time. And then playtest playtest playtest. As I said before, my goal is to finish before the end of May to leave the beginning of June as a buffer in case anything goes horribly wrong. Feeling pretty good about that.

Status Report: I have completed the first phase of the investigation segment and am now working on a flashback trial segment. If anyone not participating in the competition would like to playtest my case lemme know.

yeah I'm gonna be dropping out, I don't have any more motivation to continue my entry, I do plan to finish it one day since I like the idea and everything.

I keep accidentally writing more than I mean to. Anyway sprite insertion is basically caught up to writing now, and I only have a little bit of writing left to go, so... Yeah. Progress is happening. Being done by the end of the month (including playtesting) is very likely, and I've still got early June before the deadline as a buffer, so. Expect a complete from me basically.
