I only have a vague idea, but I'm just gonna join now so I can get that sweet sweet outside accountability.
I have the stupidest username in all of AAO. Nowhere else will you find one more stupid.

I have an idea and just want to confirm, does the 30 min limit apply to a case with multiple endings? Like, ending 1 takes 30 mins, but if you start again and do ending 2, that's 30 mins too but is a separate playthrough.

The best way to think about it is that you should assume that the judge will only play your case for a short time, so if it feels complete in 30 minutes, that's all that matters. How dense or nonlinear you want to make that 30 minutes is up to you. If I get 1 ending and it feels like I've reached a satisfying conclusion, then I will judge the case on that. Your case being so packed with content that I want to go back and play it again after I've finished it wouldn't count against you. But if you're going to do branching paths, I would recommend doing them in such a way that it isn't required to see all of them for the case to feel like a satisfying experience.

In other words, the howlongtobeat.com score should be in the 30 minutes territory, even if the extras/completionist score is 9 hours.

OK then count me in, mine shouldn't go over the 3 hours max anyway if I can simplify it.

EDIT: I'll be collabbing with DJJ680

I already got the base idea for Boss of the Turnabout, basically:

What if you were to start a case, and were inmediately faced against the final testimony, in the third day of a trial?

Good luck everyone! No ideas come to mind for me for this comp just yet, so I might offer my services as a beta-tester, but I'll hold off on saying that for sure (at least for a little while) since my brain could get struck by inspiration when I least expect it.

Notices that comp rules say "as many" collabors. Traditionally rules have only allowed two. Have a three man team in the wings for this, but want to verify this is cool first.

I double checked if the global comp rules specified 2 people before adding that rule, and they didn’t. I didn’t see a good reason to limit it to 2, so I figured any number was fine. So yes, 3 man team is fine as long as everyone is clear that they’re collabing.

I was surprised myself, if anything the rules imply an expectation of more than 2 with it's usage of 'all' instead of 'both'.

Either way, I plan on working with Sponge and Eerew in case if anyone is concerned. We got our clusterheck group dm setup, just need them to confirm here.
