custom music not working

What happened?: I've been working on a trial for a while now, and recently (within the past month or two) all my custom musc has stopped working. I've tried multiple file hosting methods and none of the links i've used have worked (in the example linked i have a discord link and a github link, when you play the trial neither of the songs play)
What did you expect to happen?: For the audio to play.
Can you reproduce the problem?: Yes, any time I put a link to a song in it will not play.
What did you do before the problem showed up?: I was able to link songs and have them play like normal using discord links.

Discord links not working has to do with a recent change on Discord’s end. They’ll no longer work anymore. As for github, you may be grabbing the wrong link. (I can’t access the example trial so I can’t see the link, mind you) You need to set up Github Pages and use the path structure of that for hot-linking to be reliable. If that’s too complicated, just setting your github repo to be Public might be enough to work, but that might still be unreliable if they happen to make changes to hosted file URLs on Github’s end. Github Pages is the safest bet.

it definitely could be something with github because i don't understand it that well haha, but I also did try a dropbox link and that didn't work either. also sorry about the link not working, would making the example trial public fix that issue or ?

If you want regular users like me to be able to see it, yeah. If you want to wait for a dev to handle it though, they should be able to see it either way. I don't believe this is an AAO bug though.

Here's a guide for hosting on Github Pages. I'm not sure if Dropbox works.

The Discord link you used says the content is no longer available, probably due to what TimeAxis mentioned.

As for the GitHub link, are you sure that link is valid? When I try it, it says "Server not found." Check the tutorial TimeAxis mentioned, if you haven't already.
