Dear Case Comp Hosts,

It has come to my attention that my partner-in-crime, Madoc, will be dropping out of the competition due to IRL circumstances. That said, I will still be participating alone. When push comes to shove, a villain won't have a need for a subordinate. The progress report of my entry is not what I would hope, however. With only the premise finally set, the story had barely begun proper. That said, I look forward to all entries on the final day.

To all my former friends and acquaintances:

We have reached 4,100 frames, and the climax/ending of our case. Once we write out the ending and game over segments, we'll be ready for the betatesting/polishing/thinking-of-new-shit-to-add cycle.

Congratulations on your milestone, mindcastle. I look forward to what you and your "thinking team" come up with. It's a surprise you managed to finish such a big project within a month.

My project is still in it's infancy. I'm a bit embarrassed, and I only have myself to blame. I better step up the pace, take my focus away from distractions, and work on my case.

In unrelated news... I am still bitter from the incident, but I am doing fine as of late.

Yes, thank you for the update. In the time the website was down, I... explored my avenues. That said, I am thankful for the opportunity to continue my work! It will be difficult, not a single thought has passed through my brain as of late.

Even at the sight of such a figure of love and forgiveness and all that sappy grossness, (not really) my evil heart and mind will resist the temptation to reconsider my actions. Though I must ponder, why has the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ decided to join in on a competition about a morally dubious protagonist?
