Anybody knows how to play unplayable cases?

Post by Hey »

Specifically, I'm talking about a case made by a user named Tap. It was a case more similar to Hotel Dusk, yet for some reason I can't play it anymore. Any ideas why?

This case uses an old style of link that doesn't work anymore. In order to play these cases you'll need to take the trial ID number from the end of the links and put them on a modern AAO link.

So for part 1 of hope springs hotel:

Code: Select all

http://aceattorney.sparklin.org/jeu.php?id_proces=44047 -> 44047
Replace the ID on a modern link and it should work.

Code: Select all

https://aaonline.fr/player.php?trial_id=44047
Transitions between parts will work without having to modify the link, however there unfortunately isn't much that can be done regarding lost asset links.
Thrower of bricks.

Thank you so much for the help! I really wanted to play this case for a long time but couldn't because of the link. I'm pretty sure the lost assets aren't going to be a problem though.

Holy crap, you weren't kidding. Guess it was my fault for asking. Anyways, thanks for the help again.
