Hi hello I played this and enjoyed the goofy and very normal tone that this was going for. I love birds. Anyway, I just wanted to take the chance to point out some errors I noticed that I think would be easy to fix. Hope I'm not overstepping with this. (Note: If errors are funny then I assume they're intentional)
Spoiler : Up to the end of chapter 2 :
- First of all, the autopsy report is missing a cause of death and time of death. Having just the victim name and nothing else feels odd. We know what the purported cause of death and time of death is from the prosecution's opening statement (and Payne outright says he got it from the autopsy), so it feels odd that it's left out of the autopsy report.
- The Keys evidence has a "Check" button that doesn't lead to anything other than a black screen, no image or additional details. I think that a "Check" was accidentally added to this piece of evidence in the editor, you can probably just safely delete it.
- Since it was mentioned as a joke in the case I should probably mention that there is no publicly available walkthrough yet, it sounds like there's supposed to be one.
- There's currently a lack of any game over redirect, meaning that if the player's truth bar empties out the game kind of just stalls. I'd suggest at least a placeholder one. Considering the game's tone, you can probably put in an absurd nonsequitur that's short and abrupt and it'd still work fine.
- There's a common recurring error where the word "through" is misspelt as "throught".
- The last testimony in chapter 2 currently lacks a co-counsel conversation.
Good luck with the rest of the case, looking forward to seeing the rest whenever it's ready. It's been a fun ride so far.

The Autopsy Report I was confused by because I very explicitly remember writing it, it confused me even more when I checked the editor and saw it really did only have the victim's name, I fixed it and my guess is that the autopsy was one of the things I forgot to fix from the few times the trial didn't save properly
About the walkthrough, GoS does say "Unless the creator hasn't made one yet which wouldn't surprise
me at all...." and I want to say, GoS certainly knows me quite well (In all seriousness I'll make a public walkthrough soon!)
The key check was meant to be a joke, I thought it'd be funny to just leave a blank check on a random piece of evidence
The game over redirection is another confusing thing to me, as I updated the case to have one just a few hours after release, only after release since I didn't have time to make one, but after making it I tested it multiple times, like atleast nine
Lack of co counsel convo was to save time because the latter part of Chapter 2 didn't have much time to be made thanks to the deadline

Hi, sorry for the lack of updates recently, but fear not as Chapter 3 is slowly reaching it's end, I've just been working on an entry for another case competition but this one is still being worked on as I really want to finish this very normal story I've made up in my head, this post is just to say that this case hasn't been abandoned even though I'm working on other suff along with it, have a beautiful rest of your day everyone
