Easy. Just call it "Staying Simple" and have it be the exact same theme. :sawhit:

...Well, that would actually help in encouraging people to submit complete entries again, so I wouldn’t be against it!

Seriously. This is like, the best turnout an AAO comp has ever gotten in, like...a year. Maybe even longer, dunno. Haven’t read up on most of the earlier comps. Though that said, some of them look waaaay longer in page length, even compared to this.

Best Worst Comp got four complete (though it's easy to argue that enigma's didn't count, being a short troll thing). Back in the Golden Age of AAO Comps, you could have like 8-12 entries, and a lot of them would be top-tier stuff. Like, Blackrune and DWaM stuff.

It is what it is, though.

...The point of the Best Worst Comp was to encourage submissions too, on the grounds of "what's the worst that could happen? You fail at being bad?"

Yeah the older comps were pretty epic, this isn't quite a revival of those times but still a great turnout given how comps have gone lately.

Idea for how to get entries: spam advertise your comp everywhere you can. None of the people that seemed to get interested on stuff like reddit actually ended up signing up for this one but it totally contributed like positive karma and stuff.

Alright, so that's up! In the meantime, I guess this one's over now. Thanks once more to everybody for making this such a great one! It really was worth it, and I had lots of fun with each and every one of your cases.

Now, Enthalpy, if you will.

I'll give this a couple more days for people to offer congratulations.

...It's also how you avoid being funny. Granted, I wanted to make the same joke during the ceremony itself, but, y'know...
