Super exciting seeing what everyone else is cooking up. As for me, I'll post one last hypeshot myself... Soon. Probably once we're a couple of weeks away from the comp deadline, gotta store the hype and stuff.

I would like to make a surprise announcement: I wish to enter back in! (Unbelievably, in the past few days, a *just* short enough idea struck, and I have made enough progress to feel confident enough asking to enter again while I still have the chance. Without a doubt, it won't really hold a candle to anything else here due to the short period of time, but at least entering again will get me to make it!)

Final status update until I have something I can submit: Almost all of the building blocks are in place for me to finish my entry. Unless something comes up, I should be able to get it at least partially complete in a playable state by the deadline. I had to cut one pretty significant feature, but that might end up being a good thing in the end. We'll see.

Fun fact, the editor doesn't support non-integer numbers, so if you want to, say, multiply 20 by 3/4, you can't do that without some fancy workarounds. The editor will cut the decimal places off, evaluating 3/4 as 0 instead of 0.75. So 20 times 0 = 0. Instead, you've gotta multiply 20 by the remainder of 3/4 (using the % operator) then divide by 4. That's just the latest of numerous fun to not-so-fun editor facts I've had the pleasure of not at all being driven insane by. :nod: :nod: :nod: :nod: :nod:
