How did you get involved with working in Flash?

I saw what it was capable of back in elementary school. But my first actual work with Flash begun in gymnasiet. I did a little 3d maze game in as 2. The rendering performance was horrible, but the fact that it was 3d managed to impress people.

As for how I saw what it was capable of? I just browsed the web.

Does all this programming and confusing stuff to people like me come easily to you like a snap of the fingers? (Boy, what a dumb question.)

Yup. I know how to think like a programmer and can often predict what other programmers have done, allowing me to understand things before even researching them.

 Whoa! That's amazing!

Wish I had me some of that...

How about organization? Are you extremely organized or a bit messy? (Great, another one of these brilliant questions...)

I keep a decently clean workspace, not empty, but far from cluttered. As for my time management, that is quite messy. I do a lot of improvisation there. Likewise I rarely, if ever, do any formal planing for my programming, I just work with what I need right there and then. Of course, I tend to do a lot of thinking about the programing beforehand during idle time. So I guess I do have a vague plan most of the time, but I improvise the details.

Hmmm... considering these facts... if you were to make a trial series, would you write out a very detailed script or have a basic outline and improvise it?

I would plan out all the important events beforehand, a trial just doesn't work if you are making things up as you go.

I guess I was a bit too extreme in my wording there. It is possible, but a lot harder and way more error prone.

Basically you need to make sure you know where you /want/ to take the story beforehand. It's not too difficult to improvise a few contradictions along the way unless you really have no idea what you're trying to get to.
